These Terms and Conditions explain your rights and obligations. Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these except if the two are inconsistent. If this is the case then these Terms and Conditions will override any other rights which you may have, unless this is not permitted by law.

1.1 PianoShop is under the GOLD WEB SERVICE (Registered in Singapore with Registration Number.)

1.2 If you have any complaints about our service or any goods or services you purchase from us please contact (65) 8100 2896 or write to the address 163 Bukit Merah Central, #03-3589, Singapore 150163.

PURCHASING FROM US
2.1 To purchase you must be over 18.
2.2 By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to couriers). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing or calling to the address above.
2.3 You will be required to pay extra for delivery if your purchase amount is not exceeded S$50. The delivery charges will be charged once your order has been completed. We will inform you the extra delivery charges when we confirm your order by calling or email.
2.4 We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We must receive payment upon collection or delivery of the whole of the price for the goods that you order. Or alternatively, payment can been received by found transfer or i-banking to us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide.

2.5 Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed then please remember that we will still not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we both have accepted your order. No contract will exist until we have confirmed this.

DELIVERY
3.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted

 

3.2 After goods have been received by you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

LIABILITY
4.1 If you do not receive goods ordered by you, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in contact number of the problem within 24hours of the date on which you ordered the goods.
4.2 If the goods we deliver are not what you want to ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us on the spot of delivery, or before the goods delivery to you.

4.3 If you notify one of the problems above to us, our only obligation will be, at your option:
4.3.1 to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
4.3.2 to replace any goods that are damaged or defective;

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
5.1 You may cancel your order with us for the goods you order BEFORE DELIVERY by notifying us in writing or calling at any time up to the end of the 1 working day from the date you place the order, otherwise, you will be liable to pay the full cost of the placed goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order.
5.2 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 2 days of your order. If you do not notify us of your cancellation, we shall be carried to delivery and entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

5.3 NO CANCELLATION UPON DELIVERY AND RECEIVING THE GOODS.

OTHER INFORMATION OF WHICH YOU NEED TO BE AWARE
6.1 We may not necessarily keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions at your order. We advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.
6.2 Any contract between us shall be governed by Singapore law and the courts of Singapore shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us shall be made or conducted in the English or Chinese language.
